Sottoriva's Automated Bread Line is versatile and affordable. Capable of producing up to 2500 pieces per hour, it is perfect for traditional white, wheat, rye and specialty breads. This Automated Bread Line features the SVP Divider, the AS Conical Rounder, the CLI Proofer and the F4-E Bread Moulder.
For the automatic dividing of your dough, the SVP Series Dough Divider is offered in 1 and 2 pocket models, and is available for a variety of weight range of 3 ounces to 9 pounds.
The AS Conical Dough Rounders feature teflon-coated rounding tracks, multiple in-feeds for layout flexibility and fully adjustable flour clusters.
Sottoriva's CLI Intermediate Proofers are offered in two different styles with a wide variety of speeds and dough capacities of 5-40 ounces. The CLI/1 with 256 pockets works at speeds of up to 1300 pcs/hr with a 10 minute proof time, and the CLI/2 with 384 pockets can handle up to 2500 pcs/hr with an 8 minute proof time. Longer proof times can be achieved with additional pockets. All CLI Proofers feature snap in sanitary plastic pockets, germicidal lamp and a centralized control panel to control all functions. A Humidity generator, air extraction fan, cross conveyor discharges and stainless steel cover panels are also available.
Finally, the F4-E Bread Moulder is perfect for the production of long-loaves from 3.5 to 53 ounces with a maximum length of 24 inches. Because its rollers are produced with a non-stick plastic material, it's suitable for all types of dough, especially those with medium and high percentages of water. The large diameter rollers and the flanging of the first set, permits the machine to roll the loaves with high precision, obtaining a perfect long-loaf. The 20-inch sheeting rollers can be fully adjusted for different thickness, applying less stress to the dough. In addition, the calibrated mechanism of the moulding table allows for fine adjustment and an independent variable height of the front and rear of the moulding plate. The machine is equipped with moulding side guides to finish the dough ends and guarantee uniformity of each loaf.
