Athena is a heavy duty, high output
divider rounder with 5 or 6 rows. The
Athena is perfect for working with soft
or semi-hard dough to produce round
bread without further processing, stamped
bread, hamburger buns, finger rolls,
pita and pizza. Thanks to the Athena's
star dosing system and adjustable portioning
pressure, your product is handled gently,
avoiding the stress applied by some
other machines. In
addition, the Athena is unique to the
market in that a special 4 pocket configuration
can produce up to 8 half ounce pieces
at up to 8000 pieces per hour.
SPA Bun Divider and Rounder is a 36 part roll divider/rounder perfectly scales and rounds pieces from 3/4--4 ounces each. Available in semi-automatic, 3/4 automatic and fully automatic.

The LYRA pocket roll divider rounder is capable of producing up to 4000 pieces per hour between 1 and
5 ½ ounces. The machine is equipped with a hopper to hold approximately 40 lbs of dough. The dough is gently fed to the adjustable dividing chambers by a star wheel dosing system. When adjusted it gives the required weight with minimal punishment for artisan quality products.
Easily interchanged chambers round the dough in two stages, providing gentle handling and superior rounding. The rounding mechanism is adjustable for both speed and pressure for even the gentlest dough. The dough is discharged from the rounder for manual panning or can be coupled to a proofer or moulding station for an automated process.The touch screen control panel can store 50 programs and is operated by a PLC.
