| The dropping machine MINIDROP has the main purpose of satisfying the most refined and demanding pastry workshops and is available in two standard versions:
- MINIDROP is the compact table top model, ideal for small places
- MINIDROP-PRO is the column-structure model for customers with greater productive requirements.
Suitable for the production of butter cookies and other pastry products (shortbread biscuits, almond pastries, meringues, lady's fingers, macaroons, cream puffs, sponge cakes, baba, plum cakes, muffins, etc.) both the model MINIDROP are supplied with the following standard equipment:
- Stainless
steel (MINIDROP- PRO) or
plastic (MINIDROP) depositing
rollers for hard pastries, extractable rollers and easy disassembly for the correct cleaning of the parts in contact with the dough
- Two hopper adaptors for soft pastries
- Rotary mould and two sets of bronze nozzles
- Two sets of off-center plastic nozzles for the production of ring-shaped biscuits
Moreover it is possible to equip the machine with:
- Gear type fluid pump for liquid batters and fluid pastries
- Moulds for the production of sponge cake, plum cakes, muffins, lady's fingers, Madeleine's, etc.
