Web Orders:		Simply click on the item number of the product that you are interested in to begin the Order Online process.

Min. Orders:		$50 net minimum order. (Special/Custom orders may be higher.) A $10.00 handling fee will be added to all orders below $50.

Shipping:		All standard orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders received after 12:00pm EST will ship the following business day. Ovesized items and larger orders will be shipped via the best available method, as determined by Empire Bakery Equipment.

Back Orders:		Items not in stock will be automatically back ordered unless cancelled in writing by the customer.

Payment:		Payment forms include VISA and MC. Returned checks are subject to a $35 charge.

Returns:		All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and in new condition. No merchandise may be returned without written authorization and may be subject to a restocking charge. Return transportation charges are the responsibility of the customer. Special/Custom orders are final sale.

Claims:		Inspect your order carefully and count the number of cartons upon delivery. Any claim for missing or damaged cartons must be made DIRECTLY WITH UPS or the APPLICABLE CARRIER immediately. Be sure to keep all packing materials and cartons for inspection.

Taxes:		Some items may be taxable. Buyer liable for all taxes. Taxes vary from state to state.
