The Athena is a heavy duty, high output divider rounder with 5 or 6 rows. It is perfect for working with soft or semi-hard dough to produce round or stamped bread, hamburger buns, finger rolls, pita and pizza.

The Winner Bread Moulder was designed specifically with small and medium sized production runs in mind. It is perfect for both soft and hard doughs, and is capable of producing a wide variety of rolls and other shapes.

The Lyra
The LYRA pocket roll divider rounder is capable of producing up to 4000 pieces per hour between 1 and 4 ½ ounces. Equipped with a hopper to hold approximately 40 lbs of dough, your product is gently fed to the adjustable dividing chambers by a star wheel dosing system, producing the required weight with minimal punishment for artisan quality products.
