Baking Business reports, according to a study found in a well-known medical journal, The Journal of the American Medical Association, the consumption of whole grains has been on the rise since 1999. The study was conducted by researchers from the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy in Boston, Massachusetts and discovered that the consumption of whole grains improved by 0.43 servings per person a day!
