The LMO Mini Rotating Rack Oven combines a small foot print with big performance. Only slightly larger than standard convections ovens, the LMO fits under most existing hoods and uses similar utility connections. Unlike convection ovens, however, the LMO does not require the operator to rotate the pans in order to get a consistent bake.
