Empire's deck ovens offer many benefits over traditional revolving and traveling tray ovens. Like brick ovens, they bake so well because of their ability to retain heat. Even when the chamber is loaded with bread and the steam is applied, the oven has sufficient heat to maintain the desired temperature.
Our vapor tube ovens are designed to utilize this same principle. The secret is in the advanced vapor tube technology that facilitates heat distribution and retention. Vapor tubes deliver heat evenly throughout the product zone, with no fans or moving parts necessary to distribute the heat. This provides consistent quality from front-to-back, side-to-side and deck-to-deck with no damper or airflow adjustments. In addition each deck has it's own self-contained steam generator, so there is no need for a steam boiler. You'll save on fuel, space and maintenance.

Sturdy, well insulated Mannesmann steam tube systems distribute heat quickly and evenly throughout the oven, allowing it to respond rapidly to temperature change. Individual steam generators strategically positioned in the fire box are capable of producing consistent steam for your entire production. Lighter and smaller than similar ovens in its class, the LFKR allows for easier installation and accessibility in smaller locations. Available in 2, 3 and 4 door models with up to 5 decks, this powerhouse boasts an equivalent pan capacity of up to 74 pans, allowing you to produce nearly 400 loaves of consistent, high quality artisan bread per bake. Best of all, our manual, semi-automatic, and automatic loader/unloader requires minimum training to master, making the LFKR Stone Hearth Deck Oven extremely easy to operate.
Our Ultimate-LF Oven bakes so well because of its ability to retain tremendous amounts of heat. The burner chamber and firebox are made of oven brick, and the vapor tubes that distribute the heat are encased in poured cement walls and roof. When the burner shuts down, the oven continues to provide even, radiant heat to your bread -- just like a brick oven. Individual steam generators, located in the fire chamber are capable of producing consistent steam for your entire production. Together, these features provide incredible fuel savings.

The MiniStar Easy Pizza steam tube oven is highly fuel efficient and perfect for those locations short on space. It is ideal for the traditional-style baking of pizza and breads. Each deck has an independent steam generator and refractory brick baking surface. Available in 2 or 3 deck models in both gas and electric.
