Job Responsibilities

We have multiple positions available. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Demonstrations

Conduct engaging and informative baking demonstrations in our state-of-the-art test bakery. Showcase our products, provide baking tips and techniques, and create a memorable experience for customers.

Training

Develop and deliver equipment training programs for both novice and experienced bakers. Teach fundamental baking techniques, share recipes, and educate participants on the proper use of our products. Empower individuals to enhance their skills and achieve outstanding results.

Sales

Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs. Provide product recommendations, answer inquiries and offer exceptional customer service. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products. 

Product Development

Collaborate with customers to test and modify existing recipes and provide valuable feedback. Contribute to the creation of innovative and high-quality baking solutions that will aid in the customers success.

Events & Trade Shows

Represent Empire at industry events, trade shows and baking conventions. Engage with attendees. promote our brand and generate leads. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience.
• Excellent baking skills and a strong knowledge of baking techniques.
• Intimate understanding of dough handling and fermentation.
• Passion for baking and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with others.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work some off hours and travel as required.
